2. Equipment Collection

Once approved, we dispatch a collection team or ship secure ‘self-fill’ containers to your site and each device is verified against the provided manifest before anything leaves your facility. Full chain-of-custody begins here.

3. Secure Transport

Whether it's a local pickup or an international shipment, we document the transfer from your location to our processing facility. Every hand-off is recorded, and we transport your assets using vetted personnel and GPS-tracked vehicles.

4. The Audit

Each asset that arrives at our secure facility is verified again before being quarantined, photographed, and assessed for grading. You’ll receive a complete condition report, including asset details and a full inventory audit.

5. Data Sanitization

During the audit process, all Data Bearing Assets undergo our multi-step sanitization process, ensuring that all data is purged. Assets that do not pass the process are physically destroyed. Your condition report will contain all certificates of erasure or destruction, along with an itemized list of those assets for total peace of mind.

6. Diversion from Landfill

Any devices that are intended for destruction, do not pass our audit and sanitization process, or are beyond repair are dismantled. We separate components into their respective commodities, and hazardous components such as batteries and used toner cartridges are secured. We also partner with certified downstream recyclers to ensure that as little as possible ends up in landfill.

7. Redeployment over Recycling

Devices that pass our audit and quality checks are refurbished, upgraded, cleaned, and securely wiped again, ensuring that equipment that still has life in it can have an extended lifecycle and further help reduce waste through reselling, donation, or redeployment.

8. You Receive Full Documentation

 Once processing is complete, we send you a detailed report. This includes:

• Chain-of-custody records
• Inventory logs with serial numbers
• Certificates of data erasure or destruction
• Environmental impact summaries

We can also customize reports to align with your compliance, ESG, or audit needs.
